Myspace LayoutsWell, to start off...I'm Lisa...and I'm a born on the lovely spring day of April 30, 1981. As you can tell by my background I'm a graduate of WVU...GOO MOUNTAINEERS!!! I work at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) as an "adminstrative support person" a.k.a secretary...I don't even know why they made up sucha fancy name for the position...who cares secretaries are the backbones of all businesses deal with it!
Also, to make a lil' more money on the side, on the weekends I work at an amazing Family Gym called Funfit. I teach a family funfit class at on Saturday mornings and I do parties either in the studio (in Rockville/Derwood, MD) or travel (I travel anywhere in the dc metro area). Had to give it a plug it's a small family own business so word of mouth is our best way of getting the word out about us!!!
When I'm not workin'...I volunteer with the wonderful organization of BBYO (that's b'nai brith youth organization for those that don't know). I am the proud advisor for N'shama BBG. I loved it when I was a high schooler (when I was in Achshav BBG) now I get to see a new generation of kids love it just as much as I did. It's great giving back to the organization that gave so much to me.
So to summarize...I'm a very busy girl...and I like it that way. If ya wanna fit into my schedule somehow I wish you luck.

My Interests

I'm a big disney freak and gameshow freak. My favorite disney movie is a toss up between Aladdin and Lion King and my favorite gameshows are currently Wheel of Fortune, Price is Right, and Press Your Luck (who remembers that one?) My other interests are going to the movies, playing pool (although I suck), bowling (I suck even worse in that), and miniture golf (I'm good at that). I just like to go out and have fun.

I'd like to meet:

I'm always looking to reconnect with my old high school buds and college buds. And of course I am open to meeting new marylanders, virginians, and dc ppl.

I'm ALWAYS on AIM -- but I've been having problems with hakers so message me on myspace and we can talk through there and if your lucky you can get my AIM screenname!!!

Music:

Basically everything...when I was little all my parents played was oldies so I can sing along to most oldies songs...I usually listen to the MIX radio stations...I like some rap/hip hop but it kinda gets on my nerves after a whille...I don't like country unless it's country pop like Shaina Twain or Leanne Rhymes. I love Dave Matthews Band and the Beastie Boys. I have to admit that I liked the Backstreet Boys. And of course like all girls when I was in elementary school, I loved New Kids on the Block. I am a big fan of Michael Buble! He's just so smooth and so amazing!

I'm finally into the 21st century....my car is now hooked up with XM radio! No more damn radio for me!!!!

Movies:

Television:

I'm soooo mad at FOX! They cancelled my favorite show REUNION!!! But I am over my revolt against them. I'm an American Idol fan for sure! I'm a HUGE ELLIOTT YAMIN fan from last season and this season I'm not as much of a fan of one single person but I for one can't stand all this attention Sanjaya is getting. Ugh!!! I'm sad that the OC is over. I didn't miss a single episode of that show! My favorite reality show by far is BIG BROTHER!!! Can't wait for another great season this summer! I also like House, Cold Case, Heroes, and Ugly Betty. A few old shows I loved: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Full House, and The Wonder Years.
Well...yet another summer of Big Brother is over....BB8 winner....EVEL DICK....here's my favorite YouTube video for you all to check out...

Books:

Love the Harry Potter series, I enjoyed reading A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. I also like Clive Cussler books especially with Dirk Pitt. I like stories about friends (especially in their mid to late 20's) I love Nicholas Sparks stories. I like some romance novels (but not the trashy ones).

CURRENTLY READING: HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS!!!
