Im an artist, I paint my translation of the energy I see, usualy beings of light (angels, guides, whatever you want to call them), but some times its just energy. Usualy I paint specificaly for people, sometimes things just come.
I Love playing, rolling around in fields with friends and enjoying the love! One of my pasions is teaching people how to create incredible food that taists+looks amazing, and nurishing on all levels!
Im a raw fooder, I only eat raw, unprocessed foods.
I hold workshops along with my buisness partner Shell, in Bringhton, in raw food preperation, finding a ballanced diet thats right for you, cleansing, growing indoor greens and sprouting.
