About Me

Blowing Out the Cobwebs is now available at Road Records in Dublin, CD Baby , Maximum Underground in the Czech Republic, and through The Frames website, The Frames merch counter and Swell Season merch counter while on tour.
When I was in college, I played in a band called Garden Bower with my best friend from childhood, he still plays music with his own group Frank Tribes and has a new record out now called "Gallery". My friend Dave Christensen formed Garden Bower in 1991 and asked myself and Frank to join. Dave still plays music and has a record out called "The Bosom and the Pool". While in college, I also played in a group called The Butchershop Quartet with Dylan Posa , Rob Sullivan and Dan Sullivan . We took the "Rite of Spring" by Igor Stravinsky and arranged it, in its entirety, for rock band: two guitars, bass and drums. It has been recorded and fully scored out. While all this was happening, I had the pleasure and honor to work at Electrical Audio , a truely amazing and unique recording studio, the best in the world in my opinion. There I helped construct and maintain the studios. I also had the privelege of recording some amazing bands there and meeting some amazing musicians and friends. I worked there for about 8 years before I was asked to join The Frames in 2003. The Frames have finished "The Cost" and has been released world-wide, available on ANTI records. In the meantime I have finished a record of my own songs, songs that have been kicking around for a while now. "Blowing Out the Cobwebs" is my first official solo project record.
