You very rarely feel depressed and are usually in a good frame of mind, however you feel strong cravings and urges that you have difficulty resisting. You tend to prefer short-term pleasures and rewards over long-term consequences. You are an active group participant but usually prefer to let someone else be the group leader. Familiar routines are good, but sometimes you like to spice up your life with a bit of adventure or activity. You are tenderhearted and compassionate, feeling the pain of others vicariously and are easily moved to pity, however you feel superior to those around you and sometimes tend to be seen as arrogant by other people. You have strong will-power and are able to overcome your reluctance to begin tasks. You are able to stay on track despite distractions.

Jack Bruce and Robin Trower's new album Seven Moons (thanks Adam for turning me on to that!)... it is brilliant and nets so many elements of rock, jazz, blues, and soul and wraps it in a 70's haze...the music has been the backdrop to my subconscious for the last two weeks. Listen to it!Vangelis, Peter Frampton, Dream Theater, Marillion, Oysterhead, The Police, Rush, Tora Tora, Pantera, Alan Parsons Project, Yes (the early stuff) Primus, Frank Zappa, Dire Straits, Acoustic Alchemy, and Candlebox are just a few of the bands I'm really digging right now.
Once was really good. The Nines was interesting and baffling, but not amazing. I enjoyed The Namesake a lot. Superbad was simply hilarious, even if it ridiculous and crude. I laughed my ass off.Mandy gave me the 4-disc Blade Runner collector's edition which includes the "Final Cut." The film did seem rejuvenated; picture quality was amazing and finally... 5.1 surround sound! Really made for a refreshing Blade Runner experience! If you can, watch it again in the Final Cut!A Scanner Darkly...almost 100% faithful to the novel! (I do miss the "dogshit" scenes, though. And it'd been fun to hear them farce about the Microdot Corporation and how they'd smuggle hash to the Eskimos. [sigh]Stranger than fiction is a great movie! Very entertaining and while not particularly deep, it has enough to it to satisfy. Man of the Year was excellent. Some of my all-time favorites, and damn, there are a lot of them, include American Beauty, Brazil, and Blade Runner.
Lost is pretty much all I watch on television now, especially since I'm so disgusted with the mainstream media I won't watch the news anymore.
My favorite author is Stephen R. Donaldson. I still haven't made time to read Fatal Revenant. I'm determined to read through all the previous novels first so I'm fully immersed in The Land.
Definitely my parents! The penguins in March of the Penguins. Now there's nobility.
