I like good food and drink, and have been managing kitchens for the good part of the last decade. I just recently made a career change after 14 years in the Hospitality Industry. I'm really enjoying my decision to move to a normal 9 to 5. I'm in the process of writing a book about my life. I love my job and the people i work with. Its a challenge every day, perfecting skills at my job. It is strange to me that all my life, i have pretty much known one and put all my eggs towards that one thing, but being away from that one thing has made me a little happier. One day I will finally have my own ristorante', but until that time comes, I'm enjoying free weekends...a little money to burn....and time to finish writing my book..
