I live and breathe music and building boutique amplifiers is my bread and butter and my goal is to give you the best as a legacy of my work. Through my work I try to develop better equipment to deliver the best result and performance on and off stage for musicians on all levels. As a musician myself, I understand the demand for innovative amps and adding value to the product by incorporating core principles. My day starts and ends with an idea to improve every aspect of my business.

In addition, building clientèle and maintaining relationships throughout our work is important to providing excellent customer satisfaction. With great technical support from colleges on a day-to-day basis we challenge our limits to produce the best sounding guitar amps in competition with other leading brands. Achillies strives to find the highest quality parts from around the world to deliver satisfaction to all types of players. The parts used are thoroughly tested and the craftsmanship is an art that is unique and exciting. My inspiration also has stem from leading amp builders such as Marshall and Mesa/Boogie as they have paved the way for cutting edge guitar amps.
As you may know Achillies not only clone boutique amplifiers, we also have our own Achillies range with a growing variety of guitar and bass cabinets along with a few new Achillies amplifiers currently under research and development. Achillies cabinets are based on the players demand. We have researched the type of cabinet that a player would require and then improve it someway to their satisfaction. Such as dovetail joinery, all Baltic Birch Plywood construction including the baffle/back and adding stylish new modern looks. We make different speaker enclosures with a large variety of speakers, tolex, grill cloth and size to any desirable choice.
We currently have dual, quad and sextet matched power tubes available. We test for filament outage, shorts, emission and gas, and measured for their mutual conductance. We also test for any noticeable micro phonic on tubes that are normally used in audio equipment and phase inverters. Power tubes are also tested for plate current and conductance. We use several tube testers which comply with today’s standards. We have a wide selection of replacement speakers manufactured from a few of the major leading brands around the world.
All of our products are designed, hand built and tested here at Achillies with our high quality test equipment and standards and before we send anything out we contribute a little more into our products by playing into the amplifier.
