About Me

Hanging with friends and family is what it's all about. It doesn't matter if it's a wild party or a quiet night in. It's all good. I suppose one of the reasons I can enjoy the quieter times too is because I was probably born in the wrong era. I'm as into the latest technology, movies and music as the next guy but I am a definite fan of the classics as well. I am a huge classic film and music fan; (Rat Pack, Elvis Presley, Hitchcock, Cary Grant) I never really get people that think any movie or musician from more than 20 years ago sucks just cuz it's older. If you're not into the movies and music I'm into, that's fine. But the people that don't even give classic films and music a fair shot because they think they're too cool are just posers. Stop being a sheep. Open your mind......................................... ............. Don't get me wrong... I love new stuff too (Pretty much any new good movies, but in particular; Kevin Smith and Will Ferrell-Steve Carell-Seth Rogan-Ben Stiller type flicks) and both classic (70's) and today's rock. I was a technical theatre major in college (though I've since left the field), but I'll always admire the whole backstage creativity involved. I've done set design, props, lighting and carpentry work for college theatre productions. My real interests have always been in the Arts, including theatre and film studies. I also draw. Sketches I've done are in the INTERESTS section of this page. People that know me know I can be opinionated and sarcastic at times. Maybe thats from being a Taurus. But mostly I'd say I try to look at the humor in life and not sweat the small stuff. I can be serious when the situation calls for it, but sometimes you just gotta laugh. --By the way, anybody taking offense to any posts on this page can take it up with Mr. Jonathan Cash of the Complaints Department:......................... My Interests

Hanging with friends and family, occasionally hittin' the bars, classic Hollywood films, music, drawing, old radio comedies, Football (New England Patriots), shooting pool, the beach, late night parties, comic books, video games, WWE wrestling (on tv or live events), politics, playing acoustic guitar, BBQs, playing cribbage or poker and last but not least visiting the local gentlemen's clubs to view the newest "talent"... Also, I enjoy crusin'along in my new 2007 Hyundai Elantra (Which may not seem like MUCH, but for those that remember my OLD car...!!)I also draw. Here are a few sketches I've done:

Music:

I am a big fan of any tunes that will cure my fever. The only prescription is more cowbell! (img src=" .. ""Elvis Presley & Frank Sinatra above all else.... .. ".. "I pretty much like all music except for rap and really hardcore metal... but even some of that I'll give a shot.

Books:

I like reading Biographies; "The Rat Pack: Neon Nights with the Kings of Cool" by Lawrence Quirk, "Down at the end of Lonely Street; the Life and Death of Elvis Presley" by Peter Harry Brown, "Cary Grant: A Class Apart" by Graham McCann, "Have a Nice Day; a Tale of Blood and Sweatsocks" And "The Hardcore Diaries" both by Mick Foley. I'm also a semi-comic book collector, (springing from my own interests in both art and storytelling) [X-Men titles.] Speaking of comic books... this is an actual page of an Archie's comic from the 70's. I grew up reading that stuff... thought I would have remembered THIS one!Speaking of other fine literature....
