Influences: When I was a Kid my older brother Larry, and my parents where really into classic rock. My bro became a jam band fan, which I also like, but I was more into punk, progressive, power pop, no depression, emo and good songwriting. When you hear my music you can kind of see this. We will see what the future holds. Influences are any band or artist, both music, film, t.v., paintings, poetry, life. Pavement, Pearl Jam, The who, Pink Flyod, Paul Westerberg, the Beatles, Dinasuar Jr., Bob Dylan, Madonna, Gwen Stefanie, Eminiem, poi dog pondering, Alice in Chains, classical music, some jazz, really not a huge blues fan, and from chicago, but am learning to love it. more of an idie, power pop, folk, alterna, hard rock at times.
Sounds Like: Edger can go really heavy like Nirvana or Alice in Chains, or power pop like the Replacements, Dinasaur jr., Material issue, Smashing Pumkins. It also has a classic rock feel like the Beatles, Who, Stones, and Pink Floyd. Learned from the great ones, and so should you!
