When you hear the phrase "Outer Circle", what comes to mind? Some may think that it's a representation of one's originality. Well that is what this movement is all about. It's not just a music label. It's a worldwide organization that puts forth an effort to open many avenues for its supporters.
Since the movement started, T.O.C. has had the pleasure of working with many individuals involved in hip-hop and gospel music. T.O.C. has recently added new members to the movement and it continues to become a household name. Soon, the entire world will know what T.O.C. is.
