About Me

www.markreihill.com Fermanagh-born digital artist Mark Reihill began a career in advertising and design after graduating from the University Of Ulster with a BA Hons in Visual Communication. Now based in Belfast, he spent a brief period working in a local advertising agency before taking the bold step into the world of freelance. This move has enabled him to work for a wide range of clients, such as BBC, Tayto, Dale Farm and Alternative Ulster, as well as a variety of local agencies, giving him an opportunity to expand his portfolio and artistic skills.The artist’s work is dominated by an exploration of his passion for music and is reflective of his diverse and eclectic tastes. From early Pop icons to contemporary Rock legends and local heroes, his pieces chart a journey through both a musical and an artistic spectrum. The artist’s depictions of his musical counterparts present themselves in a variety of styles, highlighting not only his range in ability and technique, but also reflecting his understanding of, and attitude towards, the subject matter.Never content with one style or medium, Mark is always innovating, constantly pushing the boundaries of both his artistic and software skills to develop new and visually exciting images. Although every individual piece is unique, each one contains a certain charismatic energy that has become a signature of the artist.
