DISCLAIMER: It has come to our attention this flag with corporate logos is associated with some anti american group. we are in no way affiliated with any such thing, just thought the logo flag was clever. for that matter, we do not aspire to be a political band (system of a down/rage against the machine, etc.), either.
An archetype is a generic, idealized model of a concept (personality or behavior) from which similar instances are derived, copied, patterned, or emulated. The notion of an American Archetype is the embracing of the stereotypical idea of Americans with our mass media, fast food, and fast-paced lifestyle...while in the tradition of "the pun" symbolizing that such a mindset is not necessarily a good thing! Live fast die young mentality.
We're revamping our sound a bit to come up with some hard rock tunes people aren't accustomed to. new members, less traditional vocal styles...all that good stuff. genres are boring, we're gonna push the envelope a little and get back with you when we have our arsenal completed.
