when lovely Chance brought Mushroom Ann together, a journey of sound was set in motion. with roots in rock and roll, reggae, funk, blues and pop, Ann started to grow. through original songs, new arrangements of old favorites, and improvisation, the band developed a sound all their own: fresh, fun, danceable, energetic, yet grounded in truth and love or something. This sound has grown and morphed over Ann's life; from heavier to more ephemeral, from frenetic to focused.
