So let's start with the fun stuff first: Music! My music playlist was a blast to put together but I had to leave off sooo many good songs. I am a huge Dance, Trance, Techno music fan. BPM rules! I adore Paul Van Dyke, Scumfrog, Above and Beyond and so many others. Plus I love 80s music (Duran Duran, Erasure, U2, Pet Shop Boys, New Order etc. etc.) along with a lot of Brit-Pop (Keane, Coldplay, Blur, James).
I'm a painfully normal, easy going guy in a sub-culture I don't readily identify with. I defy the stereotypes in my natural state and am proud of it. I'm also very honest, blunt and believe in taking control of life instead of letting circumstances take over (drama). Of course some things are best left to taking care of themselves, ie. love. If you are a narrow-minded, self-righteous person, you are limiting yourself and the world and you are not welcome here; click the "X" now!
I live in amazing Colorado and enjoy every minute. I think of it how my parents described the way the Los Angeles area used to be: unspoiled, vast, and pristine. It's nice to be in an area where people are courteous and aren't afraid of saying hello to one another and don't have ulterior motives. LA now has become mostly a wasteland in many respects and good people are hard to find. But that's another soapbox story!!
You won't see 1000 friends on my page like some. This page is mostly for my close, intimate friends, very much like my life and I won't approve friend requests unless I know you. What is the point of strangers who friend-request you and don't send a message? I am no-nonsense when it comes to friends, meaning that I try and fill my life with people who are good souls, who would do anything, are real, and around through good and bad. That's not easy to find. "Fair-weather", name-only, sometimes friends are not my gig.
