About Me

WELCOME!
TO Z38 PRODUCTIONS
Z38 Productions was formed in 2005, after going through a series of several name changes. In spring of 2006, Ari, the owner of Z38 Productions, was inspired by a good friend to start making music videos and short films.
During Summer 2006, the "Z38 News Channel" string was created, introducing "Hurricane Narf" in an improvised weather broadcast. "Hurricane Narf: The Movie" was produced in September 2006, followed by the sequel "Hurricane Narf: The Apocalypse" in March 2007.
The first major plan was the infamous "2nd Period" project, but could not be finished due to a lack of actors, locations, and talent.
UPDATE: As of December 2007, 2nd Period has FINALLY been fucking finished! woohoo! Thanks to no one! I did it all by myself! mwahahahha
Following the failure of the 2nd Period project, Z38's first short film, "An Emo Xmas" was produced in early November 2006, followed by a 20 minute short film called "She Said". "An Emo Xmas" was shortly followed by "An Emo V-Day" in February 2007.
After being dormant for almost a year, Z38 Productions came flying back with "A Non-Emo Xmas", the sequel to "An Emo Xmas" and then came back in January with "The Gulick House", a short film about a bipolar psycho murderer. Ari has never been so proud of a movie before.
After a short break in the spring, Z38 Productions came back in the summer with "Desolation Diner" (May 2008) and "Paperboy" (June 2008)

UPDATE: As of January 26th, 2008, Ari has been accepted to Rutgers and Montclair, she's not sure where she is going yet. She got accepted to the film program at Montclair, but she doesn't want to study film...
UPDATE: As of Febrary 27th, 2008, Ari is going to Rutgers undeclared of a major, but really wants to go to Ithaca deep down inside and will forever hold a grudge against those who held me back from applying there.
UPDATE: As of July 15th, 2008, Ari is still going to Rutgers with a possible major in business management, and no longer holds that grudge and thanks those who stopped me from leaving the state
Be sure to check for updates!
