About Me

I moved back to the states in June 2006 after being stationed in Germany for three years with my ex. I'm now in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. I was not ready to leave Europe and hope to go back. However, it is good to be around family again.I love traveling. I have been to London, Dublin, Barcelona, Rome, Italy, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, Brussells, and a little into Poland. I still would like to revisit Paris, I didn't get to see as much as I wanted. I would really love to go to Greece! I worked at an elementary school as a Special Education Student Aide while in Germany. I love working with the kids. I can start out my morning having a "down" day and by mid-morning I'm cheered up by their hugs and smiling faces! Now that I've moved back here, I'm going to college full time, working at an elementary school part time, work for contractors painting and doing small jobs on houses, and I have a house cleaning business. I'm self-employed so that I can have the flexibility to be home for my kids (single mom life!) and go to school. I'm working towards an education degree to work in the Special Education Dept. of an elementary school. I plan on getting a masters in Psychology.I believe in honesty. I believe that relationships, rather they are friendship or romantic, are only true if the people can be totally honest with each other. I also believe that a romantic relationship can only be true if there are no inhibitions and have an understanding of unconditional love.My heart breaks from people being mean to others. I don't get that! Why one person would want to hurt another just confounds me, especially if they "love" the person.

My Interests

I enjoy camping and exploring new places. I like traveling. However, there are times when I like to just be at home and be cozy and read or watch TV and movies! I love going dancing. I have fun bowling, biking, hiking, and just goofing around! I also think that card games are fun. I also enjoy yoga.

I'd like to meet:

I would like to be around people that encourage me to be my best and to be happy with life. I would love to meet a guy that understands the value of building a friendship and then seeing where that goes. I also would like for him to understand and implement unconditional love.

Music:

I like just about every type of music. I do have a hard time listening to very much heavy metal. After a while it sounds like noise! I mostly listen to R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, and I have to listen to the 80's sometimes! I listen to 106.9 K-Hits the most. I also like country, but don't listen to it for long periods of time. I really like Savage Garden. Movies:

I love watching all movies! I'm not very fond of Scifi, but do watch them. I especially love mysteries and some horror.

Television:

I like watching the weekly series like CSI, ER, Grey's Anantomy, House, Ghost Whisperer, Ghost Hunters, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Law and Order, etc. My fav's are the investigative/mystery type. I think that Desperate Housewives is a joke!

Books:

I love reading, but don't find as much time as I would like. I read a lot for school! I like reading mysteries, self-help, etc. I mostly read mags. I like learning.

Heroes:

The only heroes that come to mind are my parents and grandparents. They are very loving people and wise and have kept their marriages together. I also think that people who really geniunely care for others and truly understand the meaning of unconditional love are awesome people.
