Andrew is a Self-taught multi-faceted artist whose talents extend in every creative direction possible. He writes, arranges and produces his own material that feature his guitar, bass.drum programming and keys, alongside evident mixing skills. Andrew's vocals are one of the most accentuated signposts of his dynamics.
Andrew's talents have been recognised internationally.He co-wrote the title track on Dwayne Wiggin's(Toni Tony Tone) debut album and also featured on vocals.Considering the album also featured Santana,Hootie and the Blowfish,he was in extremely good company. Andrew has also written and worked with artists such as Tina Arena, Marcia Hines,Natalie Bassingthwaighte ,Dale ryder and Jessica Mauboy to name a few.
In December 2004 Andrew and business partner Micheal Abdul started a record label "Stereolife Records" and released the single 'Just like good music'. with a bangin remix by Quazimodo (local house DJ mark John) the song is an indication of whats to come !
Andrew's songwriting prowess and accomplishments have lead him to a new publishing deal with BMG. Andrew has just produced and written three tracks for the new Ricki-lee Album released 2007.Andrew is currently managed by Vince Deltito & producing the new CDB album "The Funk Sessions" to be released through Universal May 2009.

Former singer and songwriter of R&B group 'CDB', De Silva toured throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia, leading them to accomplish great success, here and abroad. They opened shows for Boys II Men,Tina Arena and K-ci & Jo-jo to name a few. His Wednesday night residency (1999 to 2003), playing only original songs at Melbourne's Sainbar, generated a mass of music lovers for over three years.Now also performing for corporate functions such as the 2007 Virgin Blue Xmas ,Melbourne Cup, Grand Prix and many other major events.Andrew is also a regular Vocalist on Channel 9's The Singing Bee & Channel 7's Australia's Got Talent.
