I'm just a self-employed fine artist living in Minnesota just trying to make a living.
I work only in the following:
Oil Paint
Charcoal
Graphite
Inks, generally black and red, sometimes brown
I work in the following movements and genres:
Post-impressionist
Expressionist
Surrealism
Realism
I experiment in other genres, but those are generally my specialties.
The following are things that are crucial in my work.
Colour: interaction, relation, and effect
Movement: line or form suggestion
Composition
Originality: in composition, idea, method, or overall effect. This one is harder to judge, since it involves personal bias interference, although it's necessary.
