Cool SlideshowsAt the age of 15, and rebelling against parents, because they would not let me go out with my friends, but instead told me to get a job or keep studying. I started my own DJ company called "Sound Creations", thinking this would be the best way to meet with people and celebrate with them, while creating an income to satisfy my parents wishes. At my suprise, 13+yrs I been in the DJ industry. I have met many interesting people, made a lot of friends, traveled all over the world, and help supplement my tuition at Cal university, while having a regular part time job working at a bank. After graduation with bachelors in Finance and MBA in Int'l business, I decided to be a financial advisor at Washington Mutual Financial Services in Hayward, dealing with stocks, bonds, mutual funds, reits and etc. While being a trader, I organized a group of angel investors, 40+ plus members would buy pre-IPO stocks before being listed in the exchange for pennies on a dollar, and sell them on face value when its listed on the NASDAQ. At the dot.com fall, dot bomb as they call it in the industry, my future in the financial sector looked bleek. I took a couple of years to travel all over the world, meeting different people and partying in various countires all over. After doing some market reseach, I decided to get into the real estate industry due the historical facts that the real estate in more stable then stocks, and have outperformed over time in percnetage gain. Before obtainging my Real Estate Lic, I worked in the industry as a processor, loan agent, funder, and underwriting. Having a comprehensive knowlegde of the real estate market, I decided this industry best suits my needs. Now I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and being a DJ for 13+yrs, I have gotten to know a lot of people during the years. I want to help people in achieveing their dreams while creating a lasting friendship. Living in the bay area for over 20+ yrs, I know my area intimately. Having the resources of lending and buying or selling homes, I can provide my clients with a complete package with competitve pricing and unmatched service. Buying a home is the most expensive thing a person buys, and to the help them aquire thier dream and grow with the families/communities has its own rewards.
