Born a not so long time ago in a sunny town on the west coast of Scotland. Spent the first 25 years growing up there into mostly who I am now before I decided to expand my mind a little and go to the USA for a 3-week trip to visit a friend in San Francisco. That was 1997. This trip became a two year excursion instead and changed my future dramatically. Two years was quite enough with the twist America was taking me in before I decided to return to the European continent. First stop was to come to visit a friend on the south shores of England in 1999 for a couple of weeks. Now I've been here 7 years. Initially I studied photography for a little while when I first came back, and I'm now pursuing a freelance career in this field. Music photography has been in and out of my life since I got a camera in 2000. First was the odd festival and more recently venues in the South-East where I am based. Since I went digital summer 2004 I have tried to establish my images in various places. I have a photography residency in one Brightons leading music establishments (www.Concorde2.org) and photograph at many other UK venues.
