His developments include Portofino Tower, the Yacht Club at Portofino, Murano at Portofino, Murano Grande at Portofino, the Icon, Shops at Portofino, 446 Collins, 211 Collins and Deco Plaza.He is also the developer responsible for turning Star Island from lots full of broken down cars and spare tires into an internationally renown real estate hotspot with houses owned by P. Diddy, Rosie O'Donnell, Shaq, Donald Pliner and Gloria Estefan.Mr. Kramer is a noted philanthropist and through the Thomas Kramer Foundation has donated to many local and national charities such as Make-A-Wish, Kristi House, Red Cross, etc...
