Rangatan Productions

Rangatan Productions is a Berkeley based collective of musicians from various bands. Rangatan's founders are Jayme and Kaya who are respectively in charge the Bay Area and Hawaii operations. We specialize in Reggae and Dub music but are well versitile in most styles of music. Jayme is an experienced musician who has perfomed with many different groups such as The Soul Captives,Pacific Vibrations,Wadi Gad,The Paris Kings, We A Dem and many more. Not only is he sought after session drummer but he is currently writing and producing tracks for up and coming talent all over California.Kaya our Big Island connection is also a veteran bass player on the international reggae circuit as well as owner and house engineer at HPP studios located in Hilo, Hawaii. Kaya has performed with many artists such as Frankie Paul,Rankin Scroo,Foundation, Humble Soul and too many other too name. Together this production team is a well oiled machine ready to take over the world with their unique and ferocious sound. Look out 'cause ya neva know seh Rangatan is here to stay.
