Influences: Chopah BioLawrence Gable Profesionally known as (The Real Chopah) was raised in Sacramento California. This multi talented, natural Entertainer has been pursuing an Entertainment career since the age of 12. Chopah had an interest in rap music so he started writting and recording songs and performing them at talent shows creating a name for himself. Winning talent battles and networking Chopah conected with a producer that owned a well known underground Record Lable and would call him to seek his opinion about his music. When Chopah's rap talent grew The producer gave him a shot at the music business. Taking the oportunity and running chopah didn't stop. He first appeared on X-Raided's Xorcist (Album) Song Titled with a mask on and that gave him a huge buzz in his town and other towns. A few years later Chopah and two of his neighborhood friends Shot Gun and Pook formed a group called Triple Beam and released three albums titled 28 grams without the bag in 1999 Featuring Keak Da Sneak, Spice 1, Brotha Lynch Hung and more artist,Conspiracy in 2000 featuring Bootsie Collins,Yuk Mouth and Knum Skull from the Luniz. Triple Beam came together and released thier third album titled 36 zips in 2003. Chopah Has worked with some of the most reputable artist in he industry like E 40,The Luniz,Spice 1,Bootsie Collins, X Raided, Kat Williams,B Legit, Brotha Lynch Hung,The Federation and Keak Da Sneak just to name a few. When Chopah was cast for the lead roll in the motion picture Greedy it opened up doors to show his acting talent. His performance in the movie was a stand out and by that it recieved a critical acclaim from several film festivals, Cannes Film festival and Hollywood Black Film festival. Chopah has never taken acting lessons but he handled the lead roll and carried the film. While making the movie (Greedy) he was also recording his first solo album Trouble maker that was released in 2004 that featured E 40, Yuk Mouth,knum skull of the Luniz and B Legit. Chopah is currently in the studio working on another solo album/movie titled (ANGRY!) and he just finished his third solo album titled (Liquid Assets). Chopah will be releasing a DVD documentary about himself titled the chopahmentary cast with the industies biggest stars. In early 2005 Chopah came together with platinum artist Spice 1 and Comedian Kat Williams and put together an album titled Bossed out and made an Impact. In 2006 Chopah steped it up for the kids and recorded lyrics for a doll called Baby Hip Hop created by the clicks (D Shot). Baby Hip Hop teaches kids how to spell, do math and put words together threw lyrics to Hip Hop beats. Chopah puts the B in business with his new clothing line called Got Racks, The clothing line is very creative and brings Hip Hop clothing to another level. Chopah is one of the most talented entertainer/clothing designer in the business and the future looks promising for this hard working business man so be prepared to hear more about The Real Chopah's success so don't sleep!
