I grew up in Toledo, Ohio and went to E.L. Bowsher High School. I graduated in 1997 and went on to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where I received a B.M. in Music Education. It was at UTK that I met my husband Taylor who majored in Studio Music and Jazz. I attained a job teaching at Anderson County High School as the Choir Director in 2002 and I've been there ever since. Taylor and I have a beautiful daughter named Ila who will be 3 in August and a little boy, Avery, who will be 1 on July 5th.
