Originally Employee Of The Month started out in Kuopio (1999), but has been reformed in Tampere (late 2001) by the founding members Tommi and Ville. After going through quite a few line-up changes, the band morphed into a trio. Our music has developed from stoner-driven heavy to an original blend of rock with progressive elements thrown in for good measure.
