I am here for Friends

About Me

Recently employed and currently being frozen solid. I like my new job though - and it looks even more promising. In my spare time, which I find getting shorter and shorter, I spend way too many hours on the internet. If I'm not on the internet, then I'm watching TV. Or I'm watching TV shows in the computer. I'm good with multi-tasking that way. When my eyes need rest from all that glorious radiation, then I'm reading a book in my bedroom. I need to get a life beyond my bedroom door. :DIn all those aforementioned brain-numbing activities, I am eating.

My Interests

Books, books, and more books. Psychology. Going to bargain book fairs. Eating. Cooking. More of the same. Internet surfing - it about to be a psychological disorder. Multi-tasking, though not always successfully. Webpage designing - but I'm really rusty now.

I'd like to meet:

You. But introduce yourself, please. And not creepily, thank you.View All Friends | View Blog | Add Comment

Music:

No pinoy novelty songs, that's for sure. Or rock. For most part, I listen to whatever I can listen to.

Movies:

Pirates of the Caribbean, Finding Nemo, HARRY POTTER, Stepford Wives, SimOne, Mary-Kate and Ashley movies (haha. so true), Bruce Almighty, LOTR, Little Rascals, Liar Liar, The Mummy and The Mummy Returns, She's The Man, Mrs. Winterbourne, Disney Movies - my list of favorites changes all the time.

Television:

F.R.I.E.N.D.S., Will and Grace, One Tree Hill, How I Met Your Mother, Veronica Mars, Heroes, Prison Break, a little bit of CSI, Charmed. I'm also a sucker sucker for reality TV shows -- Queer Eye franchise, 30 Days, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Pimp My Ride, Punkd, MTV Cribs. I also watch Home Shopping Channels on the sly. Haha.

Books:

Almost anything I can get my hands on. Seriously. And if I'm in a mall, I'm most likely to be found in a bookstore, browsing to my heart's content. I'm also (almost) a walking encyclopedia for Greek Mythology trivia. :)

Heroes:

-PAPA and MAMA. Otherwise known as parents. -Sarcastic people who say it as it is. -My maternal grandparents (Nanay Yay and Tatay Ling) because in them I saw that "till death do us part" is actually possible - my parents aren't bad examples either. -Paternal lola (Lola Diding) as she went through a lot with such strength, I now know where my dad got it from. :)

My Blog

The FIRST post

I don't know how it came to be, but somehow my favorite color combination of the moment is orange and brown. I love it so I'm not complaining. I'm just wondering at what point in this insane journey d...
