Guitar, coffee, and rainy days...nothing inspires me more than these three things combined. For those of you who don't know me personally, my name is Kalyn Rich. I am a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist from Albany, Oregon. Music is my passion. My own personal style of tunes is acoustic soft rock, although some people might also compare me with Jewel or Norah Jones. I just finished recording my first album entitled "I Am Here" which should be released within very soon! I am extremely excited for this production as my Producer, David Samuel, of the David Samuel Project, is an outstanding musician and knows exactly how to incorporate all the right rhythms and guitar melodies to make my music come alive!
One trait that I believe separates me from many songwriters is that I only write on inspiration, or, I only write about what I am feeling or experiencing. I do not write about random topics or make up stories. I have been through rough times and heartache in my life. I've also been incredibly blessed. All of these things will come together to give this album a sense of honesty and relatability that will show it's listeners that they are not alone. I can't wait to share it with you all!
