Been doin this thing since the late 80's. Based in Chicago for most of dj life. Now in sunny California soaking up the beautiful weather. I've been out of the dj scene since 1999. Made a small comeback but 3 kids later I've been put on hold again. Early on, I had my hand in the House music scene in Chicago but have always had a love for HipHip. I've always considered myself a universal threat...able to adapt. As what a real dj should be able to do. I still use turntables and records which is becoming a rarity in the dj world. As far as I'm concerned, the dj is dead. The artform is no longer what it once was. Doesn't take but 5 mins to become a dj these days. Just like 8 tracks and vhs tapes disappeared, the vinyl dj will be replaced. It's inevitable. Sorry if you are not able to add my mixes to your pages. Don't need to get caught up in copyright issues with myspace's player.
