Wesley Issacs the son of Dr. Samuel Issacs never thought he was afraid of anything he was always helping people saving lives. His father was proud he was gonna become a doctor himself someday and maybe they would be colleauges. That is until the death of Wes sister Amanda. He knew his sister was deathly afraid of dogs even seeing one put her in a panic attack which caused her to stop breathing. His father wanted to cure her of her illness as he called it and develope a machine in his lab in the basement. A few days later Amanda came to Wes telling him she didn't want to be tested anymore to be put in their father's machine later that night Wes was gonna go down and destroy the machine but as he goes down to the basement he heard the sounds of his sister screaming as he run down the stairs he discovers the grizzly remains of his sister body it was like she was chewed up by some animal. Out of the dark corner his father appeared and had a syringe and injects Wes with it.
Now stuck in his own father's Fear Clinic his father has kept him in solitary confinement people would walk past his room but nobody eve saw who was inside. He was hoping that somebody would hear his cries for help and maybe get him out of his prison cell. He heard the screams of other as the go through his father painful and torturous experiments. He wanted out to save them his fear was developing the fear of failing others. The screams the abuse that the guards did to the patients and all Wes could do was now watch as his father brought the patients of The Fear Clinic fears to life
