I'm Lauren, Renn, Renni, "that redhead girl"....I live in south central Louisville, Kentucky with my amazing boyfriend. I'm a christian and that is a huge part of my life. I'm probably a bit different then you remember me...if you knew me before. I'm trying to invent ways to have fun without altering my state of mind and without affecting my health. I still enjoy the same music, I still love art, but its like everything has been put into a new perspective. I attend Sojourn which is possibly one of the coolest places, I feel like when I go there that I'm reminded of how I'm a piece of a bigger picture...that the life I live here is only temporary. I'd like to think I'm outgoing and I can be but sometimes I enjoy just fading into the background and being invisible....or maybe thats just when I'm uncomfortable with my surroundings. I love to spend time with my family. They have always helped me and have always pushed me to do better, to be better, to want better. I finished school and plan on going to college this fall for nursing. I want to work in the PICU with the children. I know that can be a very difficult thing to do but I feel a calling towards it. I love children and I think I can teach them many things but they can teach me the two thing I lack at times patience and joy. Ever notice how a child can find happiness in almost anything they are doing, how they are almost blindly happy in their ignorance. They don't know the things that go on in the world today, their concerns are usually just having fun and being imaginitive. I love to learn and feel that I can never stop learning, I could probably go to school for the rest of my life and not have even learned a piece of the things I long to know. It's hard to describe myself and rather then tell you how I am I'd like for you to form your own opinion. I love to draw, sew, anything that is artistic I'm into it. Sometimes I lack passion and inspiration to do these things. I'm really trying to get back into the things that once made me so happy.
I love , thrash, hardcore, some metal, pyshcobilly, ska, reggae, rockabilly, some indie, mod rock, northern soul, rocksteady, riot grrrl, oi!, some rap and real punk...none of that radio punk nonsense. I like tons of music, I'm not real picky, if sounds good it sounds good.
