Girls Unrestricted is a Partnership established in 2005, whose purpose is to provide quality clothes that promote womens self esteem and independence for the women who wear our clothes.
Girls Unrestricted is currently marketing womens tank-top and t-shirts through the website www.girlsunrestricted.com and will be participating in tradeshows and specific events, such as Warp Tour, San Diego Street Scene, etc. The shirts are to promote womens self esteem and independence by having self love statements printed on them. The key component that separates Girls Unrestricted from other clothing companies is that we focus ..ing women to view themselves very highly and not be afraid of a challenge. Girls Unrestricted stands for independence and confidence, to be able to pursue whatever dream a women might have, let it be being a mother, being a great sister, friend or the girl next door, to the college girl who dreams of one day owning a company, to the a girl in high school running for class president! The goal of Girls Unrestricted is to help women know that they are equal to men, not more or less.
Eventually the company will not be just a clothing company but a source where women who want to improve themselves, are able to meet other women who want and thrive for similar things. We hope to hold events where women can come together and are proud to be women. We hope to help women value themselves and make them stronger and able to cope with whatever life may bring their way. To achieve this goal we plan on setting up a message forum where woman can post questions, share ideas, or go to for advice.
Women today need to forget about the idealized icon of what a woman should be. We arent all made from the same elements and we should all strive to be comfortable and love who we are and who we will one day become. We need to band together to break the mold of what society thinks we should fit into and let all true beauty and strength shine through. Once we learn to love ourselves we can learn to love each other. Uniqueness is true beauty. Intelligence, depth, personality gives beauty substance because its something that you will always be able to take with you that can never fade. We all have to power inside of us to make this world a more peaceful and better place to live, whether we create a loving family environment for the leaders of the future or help build a habitat for endangered species. So lets listen to what our parents told us when we were kids and become anything that we want to be.
