About Me

Ric Shea, a native of Chicago has had the influence of music since childhood. He started rapping and writing poetry at the age of nine. By the age of 12 he made his first move towards startum, when he started competing in talent competitions and calling various producers. It was in the late 90's when he ran into long time friend A-Sharp Davis, when his career started to take off. Together they put together countless hits and through them, many competitions were won. Over time, Shea and A-Sharp grew apart musicly. Since Ric has been working steadily in Toronto Canada, with Artist like Nicole formally of the group Xquisite. It was then that A-Sharp and Ric Shea brought their past success back together and forged the reunion. The Two are currently working on several projects right now. They will be featured on Vol. 2 of the CD Baby nominated Album of the year "Chicago Sleepers" Mix Tape. They can also be heard later this summer when Ric Shea's Ep "Double Edge," is released.
