I was born into this world knowing nothing, unaware that with great pain and suffering comes true strength and courage. I came to understand that with acceptance, comes confidence, and that with contentment comes joy. I emerged into this world innocent of the underlying truth that life is not a sentence, but a gift that must always be cherished and protected. I cherish mine. I forge on with pride, faith, force, and courage to take on and accept whatever challenges are put forth before me. I am full of pride for the Latin blood that pumps through my veins, full of happiness and gratitude for the father, mother, and family that God has blessed me with, and full of ambition to seek better and gratifying things in my life. It is better to have loved and loss, then to have never loved before, as it is far better to live and and enjoy life, then to be afraid of it. I rather go out screaming and fighting than to just bear witness. As I have had the gift to travel this world, I understand that home is where you are loved and accepted. I am.
