I was down and i was out. in a pit so deep i thought i never would get out. said i was drowing in the water and lost at sea. With all sincerity to hashem i pleaded and he alone by his grace and mercy heard my cry and delivered me from all of my troubles. He saw that i was down,and he lifted me up, turned me around and established my feet on solid ground. now i stand iron like a lion in zion. i am firm like a tree planted by the streams water and my roots run deep.I was lost but now iam found. I was bound but hashem set me free. an out cast was i looked down by every one. Yet some how he saw in me something worth redeeming something worth healing.How could it be a G-d so high and lofty considers me and calls me to his covenant he drew me by his love and kindess,with tender mercy renewing daily never failing he blesses me.For that i give him praise each and every day.I would sing the songs of the sons of korah, i heard the shema and i was in awe. i fell in love with the 119 psalm and i will keep it on my lip constantly.Seek peace and pursue it.Turn away from vain things seek truth.
