About Me

Like most young children, Sheridia began singing in front of a mirror with a comb in one hand. Now with her own unique sound, Sheridia is here to captivate all who hear her sing. Adding songwriter to her many lists of talents, every song she sings is heart felt. Teaming up with Producer and Vocal Arranger Oscar Joose Brown, Jr., her music comes to life bringing forth a sound for all to enjoy. This songstress has dedicated her life for the love of music. From singing solos in church, or starring in plays, Sheridia has always been known as the little girl with the big voice. Today she is still growing strong. Many recognize her from the various projects she is involved in. She has been seen on WGN Channel 9 and ABC Channel 7, heard in jingles, participated in the Annual Roots Festival, performed in numerous productions at the Black Ensemble Theater and has traveled to many different cities. Some musical influences are Patti Labelle, Cece Winans, Stevie Wonder, and Diana Ross just to name a few. Sheridia is here to make her mark in the music industry and represent Chicago to the fullest.
