I was born in Cowell in South Australia, married a Scotsman to whom we are still very happy after 42 years of marriage. We moved to Iron Knob and we lived there for nearly 14 years then my husband was transferred to Whyalla and we were there for 5 years then we returned to Cowell. It is a very good place to bring children up in. Even though we are retired we never stop doing something. We love playing lawn bowls, going beach fishing or crabbing off the jetty.
