I never claimed to be the friendliest. I do claim to be real. I will never lie to someone’s face. Ask me a question and see how I answer. I take my life very seriously, and I won’t waste it trying to be someone I’m not. I won’t pretend to like someone I don’t. I’ll never backstab or deceive. This is who I am. Take it or leave it. And just so you know. I don’t care whether you take it or leave it. I have true friends whom I think the world of and they think the same of me. I have family that I’d do anything for. I’ve learned over the years not to focus on things that aren’t necessary. I’m over the flossing. I’m over the posing. I realized that when people try so hard, they waist precious time that they can be enjoying. I have the same mentality with friends. I don’t need 100’s. I need real, true, solid friends. And I have them. I’ll never turn down a new friendship, but I won’t try my hardest to hang on to one that I know isn’t worth it. Along the years I’ve learned to let go of people that haven’t been good in my life. I’ve taken some back and I’ve turned some away. Both decisions, I stand by. So, here I am. This is me.
