Isaiah Bouie was born and raised in Seattle, WA. He found interest in photography at the age of 10 when he received his very first camera, the Nikon EM 35mm SLR. After 8 years of shooting as a hobby, he began shooting professionally for newspapers in Portland, OR. Eager to pursue a career in fashion and entertainment, Isaiah decided to leave the great northwest and head closer to the fashion capital of the U.S., New York City, NY. “I was 22, moved to Newark, NJ with two bags and my camera equipment.
