Into gardening BIG TIME !! I enjoy doing landscape design that includes perennial gardens, ponds, walkways, sitting areas, etc.
I love my victorian doll house and enjoy decorating it. I like to do crafts (my close friends say I am "soooo Martha" )
I spend lots of time reading and listening to music.
I really like skiing and ice-skating but an automobile accident May 18th, 2006 (an asshole zoomed through a stop sign and totalled my Suzuki X90) has put those activities on hold for now...

GARDENERS from around the world, pond builders, also fun people into home renovation and decorating, doll house enthusiasts and talented rock/blues musicians who have their act together, best selling authors of fiction. I'm NOT into freaks, whiners, holy rollers, sexual show-offs and salespeople so don't ask to be added :-)
Music:
As a pre-teen, I liked the Beach Boys and listening to blues artists. Then the Beatles happened and I was hooked. I saw them at Shea Stadium (saw them, couldn't hear them over the screaming!) I love what is now called "classic rock". I heard it as it happened haha. My CD collection includes Beatles, Stones, Skynyrd, Clapton, BB King, John Mellencamp, lots of classic rock, funky stuff and blues, everything from AC/DC to ZZ Top.
Movies:
Love the early Star Wars (not too crazy about the recent ones) Harry Potter, good romantic comedies, Jackie Chan. Fan of Monty Python, Marx Brothers and I'm one of the few people who saw "Putney Swope"...And, I have been an extra (on screen time!) in three movies so far...SWEET LORRAINE, CAMP and recently, GOYBAND. Very interesting and fun to be on a movie set. Lots of "Hurry up and wait" but seeing myself up on a movie screen and on DVD's is so COOL!!!! And, my husband got the part of the prom photographer in CAMP! Double fun for us!!Be sure to check out my son's "Cooking With Guido". He's the chef!! This short film was done in college and they got big laughs and great reviews.
Television:
Thank gawd we have satellite! Not into network TV. I watch lots of movies, HGTV of course, BBC and Comedy Central (They HAVE to bring back "That's My Bush") I like The Daily Show and South Park :-)

Books:
I visit the local library every two weeks and do lots of shopping at Amazon.com. I've got all seven Harry Potter books. I'm into home and garden magazines and books. I like to read novels that leave me wanting to know what happens to the characters after the book ends. Now that's GREAT writing!! I have MANY favorite authors. FAVORITE books so far are A Painted House by John Grisham and Midnight Gardening by E.L. Swann.
Heroes:
My husband, for showing me what love, respect and friendship is all about.My son, because he served his country and then got his college degree and has made us proud parents since the day he was born.
