Little is known about Ira Bruyere. He is believed to have been left at the doorstep of a cathedral as an infant. Spending most of his adolecence training his mind and body for a life of crime-fighting on the seven seas, Ira was stricken with grief after the very pirates he vowed to combat burnt down his churchly home. He thinks they were religious pirates.The next several years of Ira's life are but a mystery to the common citizen, but after hours of research, history tells us of his time as the leader of not only PETA, but the Borders mystery reading group and the Conan O'brien fan club as well.It was at this point that Ira was drafted to the Navy SEALs. During basic training Ira seemed a promising recruit, but due to a major misunderstanding in his first mission objective, he ended up a prisoner of war in Switzerland. After serving thirteen years, he emerged a grizzled member of society, hooked on drugs and women. Now, Ira is a member of the smash comedic hit 42 Smack Classic. He prefers dogs to cats. But cats are okay.
