I grew up on a farm in Middle of Nowhere, Iowa, moved to Hawaii to study marine biology, got my BS in marine bio, and now I'm in Maryland going to grad school for fisheries science. I work and attend class at Horn Point Lab in Cambridge MD, back to the small town lifestyle, but this time with DC, Baltimore, and some other real cities within driving distance.
