I'm 23 years old and have been djing for about 5 years....My main musical intrest is hip-hop but i cant enough of some good ol funk an soul.....mostly seventies stuff...also a bit of disco if it aint to disco....mainly these days i listen to artists like Lonnie Liston Smith, Willie Hutch, The Blackbyrds....theres just something about those grooves that can't be beat! But also more modern groups like Cut Copy, LCD Soundsystem, DataRock, Das Efx,Dj Shadow...etc ...etc...etc... I like mixing genres up cause you cant afford to keep it all hip-hop...after all if it wasn't for artists like James Brown and co. hip hop would never exist. i love sunshine and might relocate to Miami, then again i might not.. For cash i work as a bar Manager in the south-side of Glasgow....nice little place called Bier Stube, but i feel a change of career may be in order pretty soon......we'll see.......in the mean time, check out the blends i popped up...these are done live, with records only, none of this mp3 remix pants.
