I was born in Frankfurt A.M, Germany, raised in New York as a Kid and brougth to Puerto Rico when my Dad and mom divorced. Daddy is a New YOrker and My mom BORICUA. I Started Studying Drums and Percussion when I was 8 years old a@ la Escuela Libre de Musica de Puerto Rico!! Then when I was 16 years old I started Gaining interest in Electronic software for musical production Becoming one of the first electronik IDM/House music producer in the Island with MACROPORNO. we used to play in small venues Like @ Club Lazers (San Juan), THE WHAREHOUSE (Hato Rey, 1998 - 1999), THE GALLERY CAFE (San Juan, 1997 - 2002), LA PREGUNTA (San Juan 1999 - 2000) SALAS ( 2001 - 2003) San Juan). Macroporno also was invited many times by big Venue events producers like HA! and Deep Force Enertaiment to play at their Parties including one in Mexico City produced by PEPSI MUSIC called CIRCO ELECTRONICO sharing The same stages with artist like AFRIKA BAMBAATAA (zulu nation), JOHN DIGWEED (England) DJ CRAZE (USA) , JOHNAH SHARP (Space Time continumm), MIX MASTER MORRIS, MIKE DRED and DAVE NOIZE(Rephlex, Braindance Records), TELEPOP MUSIC (France), EXPANSION UNION (england), ATOMIC BABIES (USA), SOUL ODDITY (England), JUAN ATKINS and FREAKY CHAKRA (USA). in 1999 Macroporno did a remix for GUSTAVO CERATI wich he used as an opening track for all of his Bocanada tour dates in South America and USA. and also being invited to play live as opening act for his concert in 1999 @ el Tito Puente theater in Puerto Rico. Macroporno Also was invited by LA LEY to open their UNO World TOur in Bellas Artes for three days in a row in PR Doin` some remixes for such international Grammy award winners. I had also worked with DRACO creating an opening act audio track for the intro of the VAgabundo Concert at the Roberto Clemente Coliseum in 1999 , Macroporno never has released a record but has appeared in various copilation for different small record labels in the Island such as TENET RECORDS, and DEWARS PROMO CD`s, HENIEKEN PROMO CD`s, COORS LIGHT promo CD`s. In the year 2000 I had the urge to create a real de-constructive experimental style of music and started a side Project called ZOOPLANK! wich adds noise to the mix, with an aggressive clattering of DSP abstraction.electronik, Blips pops, Noisy textures and ruff cuts Music, creating tracks for one of the most important experimental electronik music copilation cd in the island released by ETIHAD and THE BETABODEGA COALITION (Record label based out of Miami) MANCHA DE PLATANO, seizing the opportunity to bring to light the issues that ail the community of Vieques, Puerto Rico. Artists featured include: Spike (Phonem), Servo, Ectomorph, Jake Mandell, Otto Von Shirach aka El Santo, Zooplank, Macroporno, Kukuye, and Algorithm present Void. 1000 copies only. also playing in the realease party at The Mission club in Miami. Already being known by a lot of eclectic poeple in the Music scene it was time to explore the Fashion world working with two of the most important fashion designers of the island EDDIE GUERRERO and NONO MALDONADO musicalizing their Fashion Shows for the SAN JUAN FASHION WEEK celebrated at the SAN JUANHOTEL & CASINO. Now days I`m still working with IDM and ELCTRONIK MUSIC but since I love Changes last year I hooked up with PR finest Hip hop/ reggaeton DJ METRO (106.9 fm Mega Station) to start producing reggaeton Tracks for GUILLAERA Records under my producer name GAZU wich are releasing their first new artist in summer of 2006. Also Producing, re-mixing and releasing tracks on ROBBIE RIVERA`s JUICY RECORDS together with IVAN ROBLES (one of Puerto Rico`s Top 10 DJ`s known for his 20 years of DeeJaying expirience around the world specially IBIZA, RUMANIA, MADRID, COLOMBIA etc... and also known for his MEGAMIX SHOW in Mega Station 106.9 fm wich aired every friday nigth for 12 years.) I earn my cash from Working With Publicity agencies!!!! PHEEEWWWW!!! That`s all folks!!!!!!!
