From my own personal experience, you should always clean a brevel after you have made a toastie as the cheese is easier to get off whilst the plates are hot (it also gives the sarnie time too cool so you dont burn the roof of your mouth). i have loads of interesting facts about nothin. not nothin as a subject, just nothin in general.
