About Me

Birth, (can't remember that) grew rapidly, fell down a spiral staircase (age 2), learned to speak, walk, run, sing, make up jokes. Went on holiday to Spain, were I remember a budgie puking on my finger. (I think it was trying to feed my finger as if it was a baby budgie). Went to school, made up stories and stared out of the window, had piano lessons. Learned about space notes. Went on holiday to France where a donkey bit me on the knee and I became convinced that I had rabies. (turns out I didn't). Played the piano. Made friends, broke friends, made friends, decided shoe laces would be a cool thing to wear in my hair (wrong). Learned German. Left school, got my heart broken. Started writing songs, and playing them. Forgot German. Went to university, learned about postmodernism, did embarressing things in the name of art, played the piano, and had a mud fight in a field on a cold November night. Graduated. Rapidly forgot what postmodernism was all about. Worked in a theatre, art gallery, book shop, museum, fudge kitchen, as a receptionist, english teacher, data entry monkey and au pair (not in that order). Then I moved to Finland, where I live in a wooden house and play the piano and sing, talk to squirrels and fall over in the snow...
