People have compared them to other bands like Guns & Roses and Gluecifer. Gasoline Queen started in the fall of 2002 from the wreckage of the former band United by Fate. The members back in those days are unimportant today but still in there hearts. The important thing to remember is that this year's model of Gasoline Queen is ready to take the leap from being just a demo band to a more serious rock and roll band. Gasoline Queen plays hard rock, not sleaze or glam or anything else, just plain old hard rock. Gasoline Queen love every comic book romance and every broken-bottle barfight of the rock n' roll pantheon, and they treat it all with respect, honor and plenty of spit n' slither.
Gasoline Queens's future goals are perfectly clear, play live as much as possible, sign a record deal and in thirty years, be able to look back on Gasoline Queens career as the biggest Swedish hard rock band ever. Which way GQ are gonna go in the future, whether it's into darker, more complicated waters ala Led Zeppelin , or whether they'll continue making sugarbuzzing cock rock, but you'll like ‘em either way, really, because they are Swedish, and they love rock n' roll.
