If you know me personally you know me. If you don't. I'm a very creative person, but I am also business minded when it comes to decisions or responsibilities. So although I am an artist, I rarely starve, although I am business oriented and intelligent I rarely get it completely correct. I enjoy music as well as crafts. Some of the the things I've done over the years (chronologically): freehand drawing, string art (poster board with overlapping geometric designs in various colored string), hemp tying, crochet, poetry, cooking, djing and music production. Thats not to name them all, just to give an overview of the more memorable ones. You can see a few pics of some of the things Ive done more recently on the pics section of this page.

Since Ive always loved music, I always said my playing music was putting it on, never having the time or patience to learn an instrument and make music. Ive enjoyed various styles of music: classic rock, metal, "alternative", goth, synth pop, jazz, hip hop, rap, and it the 90's electronica started emerging in the USA, bigger then ever. During that time I attended my first party and quite enjoyed the music. Like many folks I spent some time living for the party and enjoying every minute of it. I purchased some turntables and mixer with a friend and began djing at home, sometimes out in a club, and many times at house parties with friends....which at times was most difficult of all, as my close friends are rather picky about the tracks and mixing(you know who you are).After quite awhile of hard partying I took a step back and moved my life in a different direction. While the urge to get completely trashed and dance my tail off until the sun came up lessened, my tastes for the music grew.

Ive listened to almost every variety of electronic music over the following years, and enjoyed most all of it. I realized in this time that I started going to raves, and clubs and djing for that matter not for the partying, or even the dancing but for the music. Thats what keeps me here today. The music.
As time continued I no longer just was djing music, I was creating it. Through my musical works I try to bring in the many influences in my life, from the 80's synth sound that I grew up in, to the classic rock my dad always loved to the breaks and electronica that my wife enjoys.
Today Im still here, for the music. Im not seeking fading fame, or a fortune to squander away. I dj, I produce music because I enjoy it, and if in the process I make a few bucks that I can buy a new synth or drum machine to make more music, or should someone enjoy my music and praise me, well then so be it. But really im here for the music so that it can move me, and so that maybe in some small way I can move it.
