Yep I'm the big 1-8 now! Guess that means I better behave myself... but that's nothing new. Especially since New Year's. My New Year's resolutions are and , and as impossible as it may seem, it's actually working. Everything is working for me right now. I have made lots of new friends, I made it to college, I have the most amazing boyfriend fiance in the whole world, and I've been a new, happy person lately.
But enough about that... about me:
For starters, if I don't know you, you probably don't know me, therefore I'm not adding you, in which case you don't even need to read this... therefore I technically shouldn't have to even put anything here because if you do know me, why would I waste my time typing in things about me? Wanna know why?

Well that was a mouthfull. Anyway, I'm not going to sit here and give you a list of my favorites or tell you that "if you talk shit about me I'll beat you up." If you want to know stupid things like that, you're not trying to get to know the real me. What I will tell you, though, are things about me that even some of my friends don't know. Things that actually tell you "about me".

Well, here goes...
I'm kind of shy until you start talking to me. Then, after a few minutes, it's like I've known you forever. Sometimes I even talk too much. I'm very in touch with my feelings. I'm tender-hearted. The poor thing breaks easy, as it has many, many times. It's not just sad feelings though. I can be very friendly (such as understanding/helpful), very... gut-spilling? And boy oh boy can I be a bitch! Haha.
Something that I finally figured out is that I don't care what other people think of me. I was the girl who spent all of jr. high and some of high school trying to become friends with the "popular" girls... boy was that a waste of time. Not because I failed, but because I figured out who I am and that if there's something someone doesn't like about me, then some friend they would be. (Oh, and most of them were stuck up anyway...)
Here's some of the more basic stuff...
I looooooovvvvvveeeeeee sports. I've grown up in a wrestling family; I even did it myself. That's my ultimate favorite. Then gymnastics/acro. Don't know what acro is?

Sweet shit huh? Yeah, I know. I'm def. a sports person. In fact, I'm majoring in Athletic Training in college. I'm thinking about changing my major to Excercise/Fitness and transferring though. That's the major I wanted in the first place and I'm not really liking ATR. I graduated from CHS last year, so my next step in life is in full swing.
Okay well I've blabbed on enough I think... If there's anything else you wanna know, hit me up.

But he's so much more than that. I don't even notice it anymore. He's got the biggest heart of anyone I've ever met. He's such a sweetie and he actually shows that he really, really cares. He's the type of guy who isn't all "I'm Mr. Badass". He says I made him into a softy, but what girl doesn't like that? He can hold his own when he needs to. Don't underestimate him because on the wrestling mat, he is a bad ass. Don't believe me?

Amazing huh? Yeah well that's only part of it. I know the side of him that most others don't. His love side, and that boy shares his heart like no one I know. I know I finally found "the one", even though I'm young. I don't care. He proposed to me and I said yes. Call me retarded. I don't care. You just don't know till you feel it. Trust me. They say when you know... you know. I've felt it now and this has to be it.
Dusty, I have the time of my life when I'm with you. I'm definitely not going anywhere. I promise your heart is safe with me.

Wrestling season, two thousand eight,

Where do I start?
Ever since my best friend in the entire world moved in the 8th grade, I seem to have been changing best friends like sweaty socks. I never thought there was anyone out there that could fill the void I now had in my heart. All throughout high school I've had friends that I referred to as my "best friend" but it just doesn't seem like anyone really fits the description... until now. Even though when we first met everything was all bad, we have come to find out we have so much in common. All thanks to a stupid boy that brought us together because he still "wanted to be friends with his ex". The thing is, it seems like Heather and I share a brain. :) We don't even see each other at all really, but that's about to change. Even though that's the case, we tell each other things that I don't even tell people I've known for years. The best part of it is, she doesn't judge me. If I did something bad and told her, she understands and helps me out instead of judging me and putting me down. She's a really sweet, genuine girl (unless your name is Jordon) and I know she's got my back no matter what. I don't think we'll need that benefit much though, because we both hate drama. I stay out of it pretty much completely.
I've had a few "best friends" in the past, but they never really were... They were the type who, yeah they love you to death, but at the same time they don't care about you enough. They've always got my back... when I'm standing there, but once I'm gone they lie to me, steal things from me, and tell "just one person" a secret I told them not to. Heather, you haven't done that to me once yet, and we've only known each other (on a positive note) for what... almost a year now??
I'm glad I finally found someone to fill in the empty place Sam left behind. You don't understand how much that girl meant to me -- but now I can finally heal.
