About Me

I think at this point in my life I'm more about defining myself through my major, which is art education, and the things that I like to do rather than really looking at myself. I'm still trying to figure it all out which will take some time and a lot of artwork...but until then, I like to make art (anything that can be considered a creative outlet), I am a hippie at heart (I promote peace and love but I shower too often), movie marathons, going to the diner until the wee hours of the morning with my friends, smoking a cigarette out of a classy Cruela stlye holder, being goofy, experimenting with my hair, flea marketing on a brisk Saturday morning, and most importantly, laughing.

My Interests

ART, COFFEE, watching movies, hanging out with friends, "Freaks and Geeks", college stuff (*wink, wink*), MUSIC, long desultory drives, designing new tattoos to eventually adorn my body, writing to express, being introspective, pretending, being a goofball with friends, deep intellectual conversations that you just happen to stumble into (always the most meaningful), diner-ing, being an art major, and once again...LAUGHING!

I'd like to meet:

I would like a boy that can share and expand upon my already overactive imagination...

Music:

If I have to pinpoint my musical taste I would have to say that I predominately enjoy classic rock but I spice it up with a dash of indie and a pinch of punk to make it more interesting...but overall rock is my main dish.

Movies:

Coffee and Cigarettes, The Life Aquatic, Donnie Darko, Pulp Fiction, Girl Interrupted, Alice in Wonderland, From Hell, The Chumscrubber, American Slendor, Rushmore, and of course Rocky Horror Picture Show, Requim for a Dream, The US vs. John Lennon (documentaries are so effing cool!)

Television:

"Six Feet Under" (morbid but amazing), "Freaks and Geeks" (the complete redition of what high school would have been like for me if I went during the early 80s), "Iron Chef America" (who doesn't like the combination of competition and food???), The Office (one of the funniest shows currently on tv), Family Guy and Futurama (they so win...you know what I mean you Simpsons people you...)

Books:

Hairstyles of the Damned, White Oleander, Good in Bed, If Andy Warhol Had a Girlfriend, The KiteRunner...I am lazy and I need to expand my novel repertoire...

Heroes:

...boo...I'm not sure...I want to give a generic answer that every hippie at heart pulls of John Lennon but that isn't good enough for me...I will get back to you on that one...maybe I will go with...hmmmm...nevermind...OKAY I'VE GOT IT!...JETHRO TULL!...yes Jethro Tull...I know what your thinking...no, no silly...not the band...the guy the band was named after!!!...the guy who invented the AUTOMATIC SEED DRILL during the agricultural revolution in merry ole' England!...yep he is my hero, most definitely...how else would we have gotten the name for the only rock band that has a kick ass flutist???
