MY CATS!
I have two cats Tia and Punkin. I got them from Lollypop Farm, and love them so much. I have always wanted a cat, and they are well behaved, with a few light fights tossed in.
Tia is a fluffy tiger, and Pumkin is an orange and white tiger (like Morris). They are like night and day, and have two totally different personalities. I feel more enriched, and I cant believe I lived without them.
If you come over to my house, and you see a blanket draped over something, don't sit on it there is probably a kitty hiding underneath it!
WORKING OUT!
I have been working out-weights, step aerobics at home, kickboxing, stretch bands, yoga, pilates, ballet, abs, stability ball. CD's and tapes. It is working! Quick Fix they have workouts in 10 min intervals so you can pick how long, and what way you will work out.
Helpful hints: Drink lots of water, cut out the soft drinks, use smaller size portions, walk instead of using an elevator, watch calories when grocery shopping, if drinking wine has less calories than the mixers!, keep your workout interesting-try different things!
I have lost weight! . It really IS worth it if you put your mind and time into it. It is so nice to have baggy pants! And I recently wore a shirt that didnt fit right, and it looked Marvelous!
