About Me

Stew has been playing for around 18 years and been teaching guitar for about 10 years. He has played with various bands and artists, including Nick Coatzee (Nick Christian), Vicky Beeching and Bill Drake. Stew was also part of the band 'Thirsty?' who called it a day last winter. (Check out their MySpace sight by following their link in Stews top 10.)

In July Stew said farewell to his old office job and went full time as a musician. He set up his own business called House of Music which provides music tutoring and developing learning materials. He is a regular face at Rock School in Ramsgate and now also works with Pie Factory Music in their mobile studio.
The first 3 tracks on here formed a CD that Stew did back in 2005. It was Stews first effort at recording. The CD was originally developed for use at his church. The music was sometimes used when the music team would be too loud, or just as background music.
People who heard it liked it and requests started for copies of it. Stew felt that the music should be available to anyone who wanted a copy. A small batch of CD's was made and these were given out. More requests came and Stew still wanted to make the music available. In a bid to cut costs yet enable anyone to obtain a copy Stew decided to make all the tracks available to be downloaded as MP3's.
Each track is instrumental. Feel free to download it and use it for your personal use. Stew welcomes any feed back on these tracks.
He's now back in the studio recording material for his next project. "I'm really enjoying working on the new tracks. It's a different sound to the last project," says Stew "I'ts a mixture of instrumental tracks and songs."
Stew is married to Jenny, and they have 3 children.
